I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 1987, and after working as a counselor for two years, went on to study Massage Therapy at the Swedish Institute in New York City.  I was licensed as a massage therapist in 1989.  From 1990 to 2013 I was an instructor at the local massage therapy school; CORE Institute School of Massage Therapy.  There, I taught Anatomy & Physiology, The History and Theory of Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Medical Massage and Business Practices.

Since 1994, I have been approved by the State and National Boards as an educator and have been traveling and teaching Medical Massage courses to other massage therapists and health care practitioners across the country.  I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including a physician's office, chiropractor's office, fitness centers and massage school clinics.  For the past 25 years, I have owned and operated my own massage therapy practice; Tallahassee Massage Therapy, Inc. which is located at 228 Lafayette Circle, Tallahassee, Florida, 32303 (Midtown).

Life Coach

In October of 2013, my wife Jenny, and I became Certified Infinite Possibilities Trainers.  This training is based on New York Times best selling book Infinite Possibilities: The Art of Living Your Dreams by author Mike Dooley.  This book and the training outlines the universal principles that positive thought enables every person to thrive, not just survive.

Earlier this year, I received my Master of Arts Degree in Couseling Psychology - Positive Psychology from Breyer State University.

*Positive Psychology is the branch of Psychology that uses scientific understanding and effective intervention to aid in the achievement of a more optimal life, rather than merely treating mental illness.
